I browse the same file in B5 PV2.1a but those settings aren't being imported nor saved in the XML sidecar.

Sorry I wasn't clear - it's planned, but it's not fully implemented in the previews yet. The settings that I'm fairly sure will make it in are IPTC, ratings, tagging, cropping, rotation/straightening, and probably the lens name and chromatic aberration correction values.

Other settings like exposure or noise ninja might not make it in, because the processing engine has changed significantly and those settings won't give you the same result they gave you in Bibble 4. White balance and highlight recovery definitely won't be brought over because we made really big changes there. You could always import the output from Bibble 4 and stack it with the original as a reference.

I have many RAW file with IPTC, ratings, tagging, cropping, rotation/straightening.

Bibblelabs can clarify the situation ?

It's a feature that is still planned but isn't going to make it in until 5.1.
