Hello
I'm looking for the corrections for this lense, usually sold with the d80 in europe.
I've been trying to shoot the required pictures but unfortunately I didn't receive any answer from bibble for the time.
I guess my pictures were not enough "accurate" for the calibration.
Does anybody have the corrections for this lense ?
Thank you. |

teloot,
I've been out of the office for a bit, and just returned today. On first look - I think most of your images will be usable. Give me a day or two to start the actual calibration, and I'll PM you if I need a specific focal length reshot...
Thanks, Jeff |

Here are the correction parameters for this lens. I'm not 100% happy with the corrections around 32mm to 48mm range. I'd love to see additional calibration samples in this zoom range with this lens (with correction turned off)

I'm going to hold off adding this to the calibration data that ships with Bibble until I can hone in on better numbers in that middle zoom range. But distortion in that range isn't too severe, and the numbers above work well in the very long and short end of the zoom ranges.
